Studio Three Fibre Arts came into being when three like-minded weavers came together to further indulge themselves in a craft they hold dear. We have a commitment to produce quality, uniquely hand-woven clothing, textiles and fibre art. We use high quality natural fibres including silk, wool, linen, alpaca, llama and cotton.
Our textiles can be computer designed, woven on multi-harness looms or reproductions of historical patterns woven on four harness. We have used these skills to catalogue and analyze a large collection of antique coverlets. By integrating old and new skills we hope to show that hand-weaving has a bright future.
